Data Controller

Personal Data I Collect
Identification Data: Your name and email address, provided when you make a purchase.
Order Data: Products purchased, order date, and transaction amount.
Technical Data: Approximate location (city/country) and referral source (e.g. TikTok or Instagram), collected via Google Analytics.
I do not store payment details. All payment processing is handled securely by Polar and their payment processors.
Cookies and Analytics
I use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors interact with the shop. This helps me see general trends such as popular products and traffic sources.
Google Signals is deactivated - I do not collect cross-device tracking data or demographic information such as age or gender.
You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by disabling cookies in your browser or using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Data Retention
Order and customer data is retained for as long as required by Danish tax and legal obligations (typically 5 years). Analytics data is anonymised and retained in line with Google's standard retention policies.
Data Security
I implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. All transactions are encrypted via TLS and processed by professional third-party processors (Polar) who maintain their own security certifications.
International Transfers
Polar and Google Analytics may process data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Both providers use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and other GDPR-compliant safeguards for international transfers.
Changes to This Policy
I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the shop after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
