serovfx™ shop sells digital products including presets, software, and project files made for content creators.

Product descriptions are provided to the best of my ability. However, results may vary depending on your footage, software version, and use case.

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased digital products for personal or professional purposes.

You may not redistribute, resell, share, or otherwise make these products available to third parties without explicit written permission.

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any software product except as permitted by applicable law.

All sales are final. Because these are digital goods delivered instantly, refunds are not automatically granted.

Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis. To request one, email hello@serovfx.com within 14 days of purchase with your order details.

All transactions are processed securely by Polar. serovfx™ shop does not store or handle your payment details directly.

Digital products are delivered instantly via Polar upon confirmed payment. You can access your purchases at any time through the Polar customer portal.

All products - including software, presets, color grades, and project files - are owned by serovfx™ and are protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use, redistribution, or sale of these products may result in legal action.

Products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

serovfx™ is not responsible for any damage, loss of data, or other issues arising from the use or inability to use these products.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of products will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Denmark.

I may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the shop after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.
